Our weekly residential pool maintenance service is performed by certified, insured technicians.  Serving Southwest Houston, Stafford, Sugarland, Richmond, Rosenberg, Katy and surrounding areas, we are radio dispatched so that we can respond to your call immediately. • Empty skimmer and pump baskets
• Brush tiles and walls as necessary
• Hose vacuum or leaf vacuum
• Backwash filter as needed
• Empty cleaner bags

  • Stabilizer lever every 6 months
  • Calcium level annually
• Add stain inhibitors as necessary
• Keep pool/spa water chemicals at optimal levels
• Perform a complete water analysis every 6 months or as necessary
• Check for equipment leaks and/or malfunctions
• Lubricate parts as necessary
• Reduced labor rates on minor repairs
• Bag trash and debris from pool and basket
   

Starting at $189.00 per month plus tax (pools up to 25,000 gallons), service includes chemicals and labor. Customers on service also receive complimentary repair diagnostics and priority scheduling. Stearns Pools & Spas, Inc. is authorized to perform warranty services for most pool equipment manufacturers. Pools over 25,000 gallons by special bid.
